Who is "SwimPod"?
Is this REALLY an Apple iPod TM product?
Yes! This is a genuine Apple iPod Shuffle that SwimPod has waterproofed using Swimman’s™ proprietary waterproofing technology. Because the waterproofing is made inside the Shuffle, no bulky, heavy case or other obstructive and unattractive covering over the iPod is required.
What is your return policy?

Is there a warranty I can count on?
Yes! Once you’ve made a purchase with SwimPod, you will be in safe hands. Our standard limited warranty applies to all of our SwimPod waterproof products, which is one year, excluding Earbuds (which have a 90-day limited warranty). All of our products also carry our 30-day return policy, which allows a customer to return their product(s) to us in resalable condition during the first 30 days of use if they decide it is not what they want. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship SwimPod products world-wide.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you do not need to be a registered member to place an order. However, there are a number of benefits in registering an account, so we definitely recommend it.
How do I track my order?
Once you have placed your order and it has been dispatched, you will be able to track the process of your order. Simply go to the Track Your Order page and enter your Order ID #, along with the email address you used when placing the order.
What payment methods are accepted?
Our accepted payment methods are PayPal and Direct Deposit only at this stage. Note: You will also be able to pay with a credit card using the PayPal payment method if you do not have a PayPal account. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
When will my SwimPod be delivered?
AU Deliveries: Whilst 90% of our orders are dispatched from the warehouse in the same day, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. Orders will be delivered via trackable Australia Post. International Deliveries: Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery to all other countries.
If we are unable to fill part of your order, we will remove those items from you order total, and dispatch the remaining items. During busy SALE periods we will do everything we can to dispatch your order so that it is received within 5-7 working days, however orders may be delayed due to very high volume of orders.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your online purchase is complete, you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. You will then receive an email with your tracking number.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.
